Collection and Use of CLIENT Information

We collect, retain and utilize information about you and your debtors to operate our business and to perform our agency services for you. Much of the information we collect, such as account balances, credit information, and payment history, is of a non-public personal nature. We obtain this information about you and your debtors from a variety of sources. These include:

(1) Information we receive from you on applications and other forms. This may include information such as debtor’s address, phone number, social security number, etc.

(2) Information about your transactions with your debtors, your affiliates or others. This may include information such as debtor’s account balances, payment history, etc.

(3) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency. This may include information about your debtor’s credit history and creditworthiness, etc.

Also, when you visit our Website, we sometimes collect anonymous information to help us provide better customer service. For example, we keep track of the domains from which people visit and we also measure visitor activity on our Website, but we do so in ways that keep the information anonymous. We may use this data to analyze trends/statistics.

Disclosure of Information

Protection of Information

We maintain appropriate procedures to protect the security of your information and your debtor’s Information. Our employees receive training and understand the importance of confidentiality and CLIENT privacy. We restrict access to your Information to those employees who have a reasonable business purpose. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your Information. Even if you decide to close your account(s) or otherwise become an inactive CLIENT, any Information we have about you and your debtors will remain subject to the privacy policy and practices described in this Privacy Policy.
