FAQs for Credit Professionals
Our standard contingency is 30%; however, yours may be less based on age, size, amount and frequency of turnover.
We do not endorse a contract, except on request by our clients. We do not want to hold you hostage on a contract. We believe that the value of our services are so great that you should stay because you want to and not because you’re obligated by a contract.
During the month after a collection, we will send you one check for all collections that month. If your collections are exceptionally high, a direct transfer of funds may be available to you.
We are completely contingency based. If we do not recover it, you pay nothing. You still have the option to take it to an attorney if we fail to collect it.
